  • Shipping times vary for bespoke orders and are advised on the product page. 
  • International Orders – Transactions are carried out in sterling and you will be charged in sterling.  The amount you pay will depend on the exchange rate at the time your order is processed.
  • International Orders Custom’s Fee – *Please note* some countries carry a custom’s fee which ‘you’ will need to pay to receive your order once it enters your country.  Fee’s vary for each country so please check with your local delivery service before placing an order to make sure you are aware of the cost.

 

Packaging:

  • Jewellery items will be presented in either a velvet pouch or a clear gift box.  Bridal items are presented in either a black or white gift box.  These will be then be packaged accordingly for posting.

 

Returns:

If for any reason you do not fall in love with your ordered item/s,  you can return your item/s and receive a full refund minus the P&P. 

Please first email info@kyriki.co.uk quoting the order reference and reason for return within 48 hours of receipt of the goods to obtain authorisation for your return. 

Refunds will only be offered on in stock items and only when you have been given the authorisation.  Returns must be received back within 7 days & in its unworn original state, this includes the original (undamaged) packaging. 

*Please note – Custom/bespoke orders & earrings unfortunately are non refundable*

If we find that the product has not been returned to us in fully original condition, we reserve the right to refuse the refund.

Upon receipt of your returned item we will send you a confirmation e-mail acknowledgement & provide a replacement or refund where applicable.

  • All postage costs are non-refundable!
  • We recommend you return parcels using a trackable service as lost parcels will not be our responsibility.
