This essential ceremony wedding pack includes;

2 x Traditional Red Sashes (Shali).  One each for the bride & groom to be used at their ‘Stolisma’ in their homes before they leave for the church.

2 x reels of Double Faced Satin ribbon.  These are used at the church for the signing of names from the Koumbares & Koumeras (Maids & groomsmen).

33 x small cut thin red ribbons.  These traditionally are placed in a bowl at the church along with 33 almonds.  After the ceremony is finished, one almond & 1 piece of ribbon is taken by each single lady.  It is said that the red ribbon should be placed under their pillow for the 3 consecutive nights after the wedding in which she will apparently dream of her future partner.
